oneinfive3BizTweet, the award-winning social media software from TIC, is now live in airports on four continents, providing everything from real-time flight information to promotional updates to passengers in some of the world’s busiest terminals.

BizTweet is now up and running in Africa, North America, Europe and Australia, with a presence in high-traffic airports like Dubai Airport, London City Airport and Melbourne Airport. The intelligent social decision software uses Twitter and Facebook, allows airports to send pre-configured multi-lingual Tweets in real-time, reaching out to customers and providing a valuable service – freeing up precious manpower to focus on a more individual, personalised social media experience for all.

Paul Brugger, Founder and CEO of TIC, says, “We’re delighted that BizTweet is now operational across four continents, and that some of the world’s most prestigious and busy airports are making use of our intelligent software. Our innovative technology is really being showcased across the globe, and we’re thrilled that we’ve created a piece of software which really makes a difference to the customer experience for airports and their passengers.”

Before BizTweet, there was no scalable solution which would allow large companies to make complex, high-volume social media communication decisions. Companies were forced to employ more staff to provide a great social media experience to customers, at great cost to the business overall. The creation of BizTweet by TIC has given these businesses a cost-effective way to generate automatic, time-sensitive replies to all customers – so no one is ignored, and everyone gets the information that they need, delivered right to their Twitter or Facebook account.

Mr Brugger adds, “Looking at the numbers, we can see that BizTweet is really making a difference in terms of engagement, with all three of the most prolific airport Twitter accounts powered by the software. We look forward to making further improvements and eventually launching BizTweet in more airports across the globe.”
